RETURNS & REFUNDS
Thank you for your order! We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your new apparel. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted.
Please note: Since our clothing is made to order specifically for you, we can only accept returns for damaged or misprinted items, as our printing partners will not be able to make use of returned items.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items with incorrect printing (wrong design, misspelling, etc.)
- Items with manufacturing defects (seams ripped, holes, etc.)
- Items printed on the incorrect size or garment type (ordered a medium t-shirt, received a large sweatshirt)
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items ordered in the wrong size or colour (unless it’s a mistake on our part)
- Buyer’s remorse (you don’t like the design you chose)
- Items damaged due to wear and tear
How to Return or Exchange an Item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund. Please include your order number and a description of the issue with your item.
Additional Information:
- We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours.
